1. Firstly we will attend and inspect your property making reference to our extensive local knowledge and comparable market evidence to support the valuation figure we arrive at.



2. Secondly we will advise you on the correct course of action both in terms of asking price and our proposed marketing strategy.



3. When you instruct Clifford Smith Sutcliffe we will prepare quality marketing materials, all of which are available through a variety of marketing channels including Rightmove.



4. You will then be assigned one of our representatives who will be your point of contact throughout the process of selling.



5. We will then match existing buyers on our database which match the criteria, and arrange viewings for these, and other parties responding to our marketing campaign.



6. We recognise the importance of viewing feedback both for the estate agent and the client. We will contact buyers who have viewed and get feedback.  We will then report this feedback to you, our client.



7. Your representative will contact you with marketing updated, together with details of offers received from buyers and advise you on the best course of action.



8. We will co-ordinate with you and representatives of your buyer as necessary.  Once all parties are agreed we will confirm the sale where the legal team will take over on your behalf.



9. We aim to advise you throughout the process, co-ordinating the sale of your property with any onward purchase you may be making, bringing these elements together with the minimum of fuss.



10. Signing on the dotted line, you will deal with the same people who have supported you throughout the process, so there will be a familiar face if there is anything else you need.
